Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products include a mix of delicate items and textiles, we have a clear policy to ensure returns are handled smoothly.

 

30-Day Return Window
You have [30 days] from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange .

 

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • For ceramics, glassware, and dinnerware: In new, unused condition, with no chips, cracks, or scratches. They should be returned in their original protective packaging if possible .

  • For textiles (tablecloths, napkins, placemats): Unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and free of stains or odors .

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items that show signs of use or wear (e.g., utensil marks, washed textiles).

  • Final sale or clearance items .

  • Custom or personalized orders.

Damages & Issues (Important for fragile items)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective item or if an item arrived broken due to shipping, you must contact us within [48 hours - 7 days] of delivery .

  • To file a claim, please email dxmouldm341@hotmail.com with:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A photo of the damaged or defective item.

    3. A photo of the packaging (if the box was damaged).
      We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, for valid damage claims.

Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A [15-20%] restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and inspection costs .

 

Returns of Sets
For items sold as a set (e.g., a 12-piece dinnerware set or a set of 4 napkins), the entire set must be returned to receive a refund. We do not accept partial returns of sets .

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at dxmouldm341@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address (usually our warehouse).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
